Narcotic is one of an addictive drugs, as we have already discussed in our previous articles. Drug addiction can lead to several kinds of criminal behaviors. The use of these addictive drugs are often associate with crimes like murder, rape, robbery, assault, theft, and various other crimes or disgusted things.
Narcotics or opioid itself is not playing the role in criminal offense. There is a chain or relation in these occurrences.
Narcotic drugs crime can be described basically in two ways. Two terms can be propose for this kind of offense.
Number one is directly drug marketing offense and two is offense due to drugs effect and number.
Number one, Drug marketing or trafficking offense is about the illegal dealing or selling or even producing the drugs which are not being approved by FDA or Drug laws and being sold for either medical use or addictive use. For example it might be cultivating weeds, and producing cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, acetaminophen and etc.
On the other side number two which is offense due to effect of drugs are mainly the concern of society and division of crime investigation.
The main problems and vastly affecting or violating crimes/offense of narcotic drugs fall into the number two category.
In this category there is murder, rape, robbery, assault, theft and etc.
The two of the narcotic drug related crime categories are interrelated. For the category number one, category number two is still existing and also for the category number two, the category number one is also existing, thus giving each other a backbone like support.
Narcotic drug crimes can be easily suppress by only hindering or stopping the number one category
